OK Play India cancels 976 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds

OK Play India Ltd has announced with reference to the buyback of FCCBs that the repurchased bonds have been cancelled.

The company has repurchased 976 bonds at a Repurchase Price of each Bond $7600 (at discount of 24% of the face Value). The Settlement Date was December 13, 2010. The Total Amount Paid for Buyback of Bonds (USD) is 7417600.

The stock was trading at Rs.26.05, up by Rs.0.65 or 2.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27 and low of Rs.26.05.

The total traded quantity was 1734 compared to 2 week average of 1633.
