Elder Pharmaceuticals approves allotment of 1188 NCDs

Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 23, 2010, has approved the allotment of fully paid 1188 of units of Rs. 10,00,000/- each under Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debenture issue.

The stock closed the day at Rs.370, down by Rs.0.35 or 0.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.374 and low of Rs.367.

The total traded quantity was 0.83 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.57 lakhs.
