HDFC allots 450000 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation on December 24, 2010, allotted 4,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at 2928727680 consisting of 146,43,63,840 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.698.95, down by Rs.1.95 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.702 and low of Rs.693.70.

The total traded quantity was 0.54 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.20 lakhs.
