BGR Energy Systems allots 4628 Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007

BGR Energy Systems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on December 24, 2010 has allotted 4628 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2007. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock was trading at Rs.694.65, up by Rs.0.60 or 0.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.699.90 and low of Rs.691.35.

The total traded quantity was 0.16 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.41 lakhs.
