Asian Hotels (North) to consider conversion of FCPS

Asian Hotels (North) Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 26, 2010, to consider conversion of 6259255 1% Fully Convertible Preference Shares into the Equity shares of the Company in terms of issuance thereof.

The stock was trading at Rs.272, up by Rs.9.30 or 3.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.273 and low of Rs.244.

The total traded quantity was 6654 compared to 2 week average of 13918.
