SKS Microfinance allots 56564 equity shares under ESOP

SKS Microfinance Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 56,564 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plan, 2009. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.653.05, down by Rs.11 or 1.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.685 and low of Rs.645.65.

The total traded quantity was 7.41 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 5.67 lakhs.
