HDFC allots 601795 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation on December 23, 2010, allotted 6,01,795 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 292,78,27,680 consisting of 146,39,13,840 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.702.30, up by Rs.4.20 or 0.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.704 and low of Rs.696.

The total traded quantity was 0.80 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.82 lakhs.
