Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced that on exercise of Stock Option by Employees of the Company, the Compensation Committee of the Directors has allotted fully paid up 21,486 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company to its employees.

The stock was trading at Rs.161.10, down by Rs.1.95 or 1.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.163 and low of Rs.161.10.
