Cura Technologies allots 200000 shares

Cura Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 22, 2010, have allotted 200,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- upon exercise of the right of conversion for 200,000 Fully Convertible warrants held by the Warrant holder.

Accordingly, the equity share capital of the Company post allotment of 200,000 shares as mentioned above, stands at 85,20,000 Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.355, up by Rs.16.90 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.355 and low of Rs.338.

The total traded quantity was 2364 compared to 2 week average of 2070.
