Religare Enterprises allots 73670 Equity Shares under ESOS

Religare Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on December 22, 2010, has allotted 73,670 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 13,93,59,060 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating Rs. 1,39,35,90,600/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.482, down by Rs.7.05 or 1.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.487 and low of Rs.478.

The total traded quantity was 1593 compared to 2 week average of 6074.
