IDFC allots 382480 Shares under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on December 21, 2010, and allotted 3,82,480 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The stock closed the day at Rs.178.60, up by Rs.3.90 or 2.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.180 and low of Rs.173.45.

The total traded quantity was 5.25 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 9.37 lakhs.
