Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 656362 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on December 16, 2010, has allotted 6,56,362 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

Under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/05 - 3,60,600 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/05 (3rd Tranche) - 2,000 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/08 (1st Tranche) - 1,84,050 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12 (2nd Tranche) - 99,148 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/15 (1st Tranche) - 5,000 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/17 (1st Tranche) - 5,250 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/23 (1st Tranche) - 314 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.463.55, up by Rs.12.55 or 2.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.466.80 and low of Rs.448.10.

The total traded quantity was 1.20 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.14 lakhs.
