Shrenuj & Company allots 26200 Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOP Options

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced with reference to the grant of options under ESOS - 2006, that the ESOP Compensation Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on December 15, 2010, allotted 26200 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 21/- per share upon exercise of ESOP Options under ESOS - 2006.

Consequently, issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 15,19,69,990 comprising of 75984995 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.37.55, down by Rs.1.50 or 3.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39.50 and low of Rs.37.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.47 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.91 lakhs.
