Rolta India Grants 305000 ESOPs

Rolta India Ltd has announced that The Compensation Committee at its meeting held on December 08, 2010 granted 3,05,000 options to overseas employees of the Company under ESOP Plan 2009. The Options shall vest one year after the date of grant of ESOPs in 4 tranches (25% each). Vested options can exercised within 5 years from the date of grant.

Each Option, on vesting, is eligible for conversion into one equity share of Rs. 10/- each at the Exercise price of Rs. 155.55 per share, the same being the closing price of the share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) as on December 08, 2010, the Date of Grant of Option.

The stock closed the day at Rs.148.85, down by Rs.2.15 or 1.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.153.20 and low of Rs.147.65.

The total traded quantity was 1.64 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.43 lakhs.
