Dhandapani Finance to issue preference shares

Dhandapani Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 18, 2010, inter alia, to consider the increase in the Authorised Share Capital.

The Board will also consider issue of Optionally Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.8.95, down by Rs.0.55 or 5.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9 and low of Rs.8.20.

The total traded quantity was 1310 compared to 2 week average of 1771.
