HDFC allots 418960 Shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that, on December 09, 2010, the Corporation allotted 4,18,960 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 292,66,24,090 consisting of 146,33,12,045 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.672, down by Rs.13.05 or 1.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.688 and low of Rs.663.

The total traded quantity was 2.75 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.12 lakhs.
