ACC allots 400 shares against exercise of Employees Stock Options

ACC Ltd has announced that at the Meeting of the Shareholders/Investors Grievance Committee of the Board held on December 8, 2010, 400 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme.

Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,77,44,956 shares to 18,77,45,356 shares of Rs.10/- face value, as of date.

The stock was trading at Rs.1009.50, up by Rs.15.20 or 1.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1019 and low of Rs.1000.

The total traded quantity was 0.79 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.39 lakhs.
