Anant Raj Industries to consider NCD issue on Dec 14, 2010

Anant Raj Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 14, 2010, inter alia, to consider allotment of Secured Listed Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures.

The stock was trading at Rs.105.60, down by Rs.7.20 or 6.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.112.95 and low of Rs.105.35.

The total traded quantity was 0.79 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.41 lakhs.
