Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee at the Meeting held on December 02, 2010 allotted 70,18,242 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on conversion of detachable warrants. Consequently, 70,18,242 detachable warrants (including 61,704 unexercised warrants) stand extinguished.
