Hindalco Industries allots 711372 Equity Shares

Hindalco Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held on December 06, 2010, passed the Resolution for allotment of 711372 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each fully paid up for entitlement of Rights Shares kept in abeyance due to court matters.

The stock closed the day at Rs.221.30, up by Rs.5.80 or 2.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.224.55 and low of Rs.216.50.

The total traded quantity was 10.57 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 8.47 lakhs.
