Arshiya International allots 5740 Equity Shares under Arshiya ESOP 2007

Arshiya International Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on December 04, 2010, have allotted 5740 no. of equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 208/- per equity share to the eligible employees of the Company, pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Employee Stock Options Plan 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.276, down by Rs.17.20 or 5.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.297 and low of Rs.275.

The total traded quantity was 0.21 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.27 lakhs.
