Kilpest India approves allotment of 1250000 warrants

Kilpest India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 02, 2010, has approved and decided to allot above 1250000 share warrants @ Rs. 16.18 (price fixed, as per SEBI norms) in the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on November 22, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.18.65, up by Rs.0.20 or 1.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.25 and low of Rs.18.15.

The total traded quantity was 0.25 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.37 lakhs.
