Intense Technologies allots 5 lakh shares to ISON Infotel Pvt. Ltd.

Intense Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 02, 2010, inter alia, has allotted 5,00,000 Equity Shares on preferential basis, at a price of Rs. 12/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 2/- per share) to M/s. ISON Infotel Pvt. Ltd.

The stock closed the day at Rs.7.16, up by Rs.0.34 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.7.16 and low of Rs.6.66.

The total traded quantity was 0.37 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.15 lakhs.
