UTV Software Communications allots 2500 shares pursuant to the exercise of stock options

UTV Software Communications Ltd has announced that the Shareholders / Investor Grievance Committee of the Company vide circular resolution dated November 30, 2010 had allotted 2,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the eligible employee/s under UTV Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.526.10, up by Rs.6.85 or 1.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.531.90 and low of Rs.512.10.

The total traded quantity was 5629 compared to 2 week average of 16282.
