Ambuja Cements allots 1318150 shares under ESOS category

Ambuja Cements Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment & Investor Grievance Committee at its meeting held on November 30, 2010 has allotted 1318150 Equity Shares on exercise of the stock options by the employees under various stock option schemes.

The stock was trading at Rs.140.50, up by Rs.1.70 or 1.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.141.50 and low of Rs.133.

The total traded quantity was 2.65 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.92 lakhs.
