Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 02, 2010, inter alia, to consider Allotment of Equity shares on Conversion of Warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.81.80, up by Rs.3.85 or 4.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.81.80 and low of Rs.78.
