D. B. Corp allots 3152 Shares under DBCL-ESOS-2008 Scheme

D. B. Corp Ltd has announced that on November 25, 2010, the authorized members of the Compensation Committee of the Company has allotted 3152 number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company, on the exercise of 3152 stock options under the DBCL-ESOS Scheme 2008, to its employees covered under the scheme.

The new equity shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing capital.

The stock was trading at Rs.252, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.256 and low of Rs.244.

The total traded quantity was 3050 compared to 2 week average of 12293.
