Polaris Software Lab allots 42600 Equity Shares under ASOP Schemes

Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that the Shareholders Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated November 22, 2010 allotted 42,600 equity shares to the employees / Director of the Company under the Associate Stock Option Plan 2003.

Further, under ASOP 2004 scheme, 1500 shares were transferred to 1 (one) Associate pursuant to exercise of options granted.

The stock closed the day at Rs.150.85, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.153 and low of Rs.149.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.35 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.17 lakhs.
