HDFC allots 516490 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation on November 25, 2010, allotted 5,16,490 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 292,57,86,170 consisting of 1462893085 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.696.55, up by Rs.9.50 or 1.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.706.70 and low of Rs.686.90.

The total traded quantity was 2.58 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.60 lakhs.
