SKS Microfinance allots 55710 Equity Shares under ESOP

SKS Microfinance Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 55,710 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plan, 2009. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.752.65, up by Rs.24.80 or 3.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.784 and low of Rs.705.

The total traded quantity was 10.49 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 8.84 lakhs.
