Idea Cellular allots 115150 Equity Shares

Idea Cellular Ltd has announced that the ESOS Compensation Committee has vide its circular resolution dated November 25, 2010, has allotted 1,15,150 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).

Further the Company has informed that, the Equity Share Capital of the Company, post the said allotment, stands increased to 330,13,11,754 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 3301,31,17,540/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.69.45, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.70.25 and low of Rs.68.80.

The total traded quantity was 28.17 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 15.51 lakhs.
