RPG Cables to allot convertible debentures to Deutsche Bank, AG

RPG Cables Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 27, 2007 have approved the following:

1. Subject to the necessary approvals, issue and allotment of convertible debentures to Deutsche Bank, AG for an amount not exceeding Rs 132 crores on preferential allotment basis.

2. Subject to the necessary approvals, issue and allotment warrants / equity shares Promoters and / or their associates for an amount not exceeding Rs 21 crores on preferential allotment basis.
