Ind Swift Laboratories EGM approves issue of warrants to promoters group

Ind Swift Laboratories Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 23, 2007 have approved the issue of 28,00,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants into Equity Shares to Promoters Group Companies at a price of Rs 70/- per warrant.
