Educomp Solutions allots 263100 Shares

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that remuneration committee of the Company on May 20, 2010 and May 24, 2010 has allotted 25,350 & 2,37,750 Equity Shares respectively to the Employees/Directors of the Company who have exercised their option under Company's ESOP Scheme 2006 & 2008.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 19,03,37,506/- consisting of 9,51,68,753 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 19,08,63,706/- consisting of 9,54,31,853 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.483, down by Rs.1.80 or 0.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.509.40 and low of Rs.482.75.

The total traded quantity was 336127 compared to 2 week average of 350222.
