Provogue India subsidiary Prozone Enterprises Pvt Ltd allots 65,43,682 shares

Provogue India Ltd has announced that Prozone Enterprises Pvt Ltd, the subsidiary of the Company has allotted 65,43,682 shares to the Company and M/s. Nailsfield Ltd, Mauritius.

This allotment is pursuant to the shareholder agreement executed by the Company on January 19, 2007, and after the allotment, the equity holding of the Prozone Enterprises Pvt Ltd is as under:

Provogue India Ltd: 74.99%

Nailsfield Ltd: 25.01%
