Nippi Inc, Japan to pick 9,20,000 shares of India Gelatine at Rs.24.50

India Gelatine & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2007 has resolved to issue, offer and allot 9,20,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- at a premium of Rs 14.50 per share of the Company, aggregating to an amount Rs 225.40 lacs to Nippi, Incorporated, Japan and that these 9,20,000 shares shall represent not more than 10% of the post issued share capital of the Company.
