Genesys International EGM approves issue of warrants

Genesys International Corporation Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company at its meeting held on January 15, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Preferential issue of 35,30,000 Warrants convertible into 35,30,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a issue price of Rs 19/- per equity share to Mr. Shoel Malik, Promoter of the Company.

2. Preferential issue of 4,00,000 Warrants convertible into 4,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at an issue price of Rs 19/- per equity share to Mr. Ravi Kothari, an Individual Investor.
