Sanra Software defers allotment of shares on preferential basis

Sanra Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 16, 2007, inter alia, has deferred decision on allotment of shares on preferential basis to Indian Public / QIBs etc subject to approval of shareholders in General Meeting and other authorities and hence approval notice calling for Extraordinary General Meeting did not arise.
