Sql Star International to raise funds

Sql Star International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 17, 2007, has approved the following:

1. Rising of funds by way of issue of FCCBs / GDRs / ADRs or other securities upto USD 20 Million in the international Offerings.

2. Convening the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company on February 12, 2007 for obtaining members approval for issue of FCCBS / GDRs / ADRs or other securities.
