DCB allots 364600 equity shares

Development Credit Bank Ltd (DCB) has announced that the Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank in it's meeting held on July 17, 2009 has allotted 3,64,600 equity shares of Rs 10/- each pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOPs) of the Bank.
