Rishabhdev Technocable to consider warrants issue on July 25, 2009

Rishabhdev Technocable Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2009, inter alia, to consider the proposal of issuing fully convertible warrants to Promoters & Promoter Group.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.18.35, down by Rs.0.45 or 2.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.20 and low of Rs.18.20.

The total traded quantity was 353546 as compared to 2 week average of 864205.
