Minal Engineering to consider reissue of forfeited shares on May 28, 2009

Minal Engineering Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2009, inter alia, to consider the reissue of Forfeited Shares and matters incidental and ancillary to the same.

To consider the issue of 15,00,000 right shares of Rs 10 each aggr. to Rs 1,50,00,000.

The Board will consider the change in registered office of the Company from Ahmedabad to Mumbai and to consider the change in name of the Company.

To fix the date of Extra Ordinary General meeting of the Company to give effect to the above matters.
