Vikram Kamats Hospitality Ltd's subsidiary opens New Hotel 'VITS Select Nashik'

VITS Hotels & Resorts has commenced operations of its new hotel, 'VITS Select Nashik', thereby strengthening its presence in the state of Maharashtra. The said unit is under the material subsidiary of the Company - Vitizen Hotels Limited.

The hotel is located at Survey No. 233/1, Plot No. 4, Panchavati, Rasbihari-Meri Link Road, Nashik and is strategically positioned to cater to religious, business, corporate, and tourist travellers. The property is well connected to major landmarks, being approximately 16 km from Ozar Airport, 10 km from Nashik Road Railway Station, 5.9 km from Panchavati Ghat, and 36 km from Trimbakeshwar.

VITS Select Nashik comprises 24 rooms (to be expanded to 36 rooms in future), including Deluxe, Executive, and Deluxe Triple categories. The hotel also features the Group's Signature Elite Restaurant, offering Indian, South Indian, Italian, Continental, and Chinese cuisines.

The hotel provides amenities such as 24-hour power backup, 24-hour hot water, Wi-Fi connectivity, doctor-on-call facility, laundry services, and parking facilities, aimed at delivering a smart, comfortable, and value-based hospitality experience.

The commencement of operations at VITS Select Nashik will further strengthen presence of VITS brand in the state of Maharashtra and inching toward expansion across key commercial and religious centers in Maharashtra.

Shares of Vikram Kamats Hospitality Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 54.17 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 54.99. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1937 in over 21 trades.
