Nilachal Carbo Metalicks Ltd receives consent to expand production

As per the initiatives of the Company's strategy to enhance capacity utilization, product diversification, and overall business growth, Nilachal Carbo Metalicks Limited has received the consent as comments on proposal for expansion in production of low ash metallurgical coke of 60,000 TPA capacity to 1,08,000 TPA by installation of 2 No.s New Coke Oven Battery (COBP#2) (2*24000 TPA) within the existing premises of M/s Nilachal Carbo Mettalicks Ltd. At Baramana, PurunaBaulamal, Post: Jenapur, in the District of Jajpur, Odisha dated 17 December, 2025 to operate under Section 25/26 of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & under Section 21 of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Authorization under the Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules 2016 as amended from time to time, Manufacture, storage and import of hazardous Chemical Rules,1989 etc. from State Pollution Control Board, Odisha.
