Vitizen Hotels Ltd signs long term lease for hotel in Nashik

Vitizen Hotels Limited, subsidiary of Vikram Kamats Hospitality Limited has signed a long term Lease Agreement for the hotel property situated at S.NO. 233/1, Plot No. 4, Near Mhaske Lawns, Opp Saishraddha Petroleum HPCL, Rasbihari Meri Link Road, Nashik-422203, Panchavati, Nashik, Maharashtra 422003 having approximately 24 keys. The Hotel is expected to open for operations from February, 2026, which will boost the consolidated revenue for the Company.

Shares of Vikram Kamats Hospitality Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 61.47 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 59.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3695 in over 53 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 61.95 and intraday low of 58.61. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 225101.00.
