Noida Medicare to issue securities

Noida Medicare Centre Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2008, inter alia, the item(s) of considering the further issue of securities / warrants on preferential basis to promoters / friends and relatives in accordance with SEBI guidelines and also considering of issuing of shares on preferential basis to IDBI / SASF & IFCI Ltd as per their terms an conditions for setting the outstanding dues of the Company as per the provisions of chapter XIII A of SEBI (DIP) guidelines 2000 has been postponed to the next meeting of Board of Directors of the Company.
