Ashapura Minechem Ltd updates on agreement with China Railway

Ashapura Minechem Ltd has announced regarding the execution of a long-term Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China Railway, a Global Fortune 500 Company. The Company's Overseas Subsidiary has now executed a long-term Strategic Co-operation Agreement on 15th September, 2025 in China, with China Railway to jointly develop its Boffa bauxite deposit in Guinea.

In terms of the said agreement, China Railway will support Ashapura in its mining operations, local logistics and port handling & infrastructure services.

This collaboration will boost Company's production capabilities while driving economic growth and improving lives of local communities in the region. It underlines co-operation alignment to sustainable development, economic upliftment and community welfare in Guinea.

Shares of Ashapura Minechem Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 620.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 635.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44871 in over 2238 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 635.75 and intraday low of 618.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 28022080.00.
