Marsons to consider allotment of shares on Aug 01, 2008

Marsons Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court at calcutta dated July 19, 2008 issued on July 24, 2008, passing the final order in connection with the Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s. Marson's Transformers Ltd with M/s. Marson's Ltd.

Further the Company has informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 01, 2008, to consider and approved the allotment of shares of the Company to the shareholders of erstwhile Marson's Transformers Ltd as per the scheme of Amalgamation as passed by The Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
