MIC Electronics allots 17481725 warrants

MIC Electronics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2008, inter alia, has allotted 17481725 Preferential Convertible share warrants pursuant to the approval from Members meeting held on June 14, 2008 and also in-principle approval from the Stock exchanges.
