Vista Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2008, inter alia, has considered and allotted 43,08,000 warrants of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 13.60 to promoter and others on preferential basis.

Vista Pharmacueticals Inc (Promoter) - No of Warrants : 1500000, Mr. D Gopal (Non-Promoter) - No of Warrants : 453000, Dr. B Srinivas (Non-Promoter) - No of Warrants : 755000 and Dr. Keshav Murthy Siva Shankar (Non-Promoter) - No of Warrants : 1600000.
